Just slightly off the main street this restaurant served some delicious kushikatsu! Most of the customers were local Japanese however we were able to order without any issues. Staff were very attentive and friendly and menus had some English words. Food and service was wonderful, look forward to my next visit. (It is cash only)

This place is tucked in just outside the main tourist street, small and seems like family run place. The food was lovely, they had English menu. Highly recommend going here instead of the main street.

Would visit again. Whilst the inside is nothing to look at and the price was a little higher, the food was good and the Japanese gentleman was studied in Brisbane was super nice and very helpful.

The fried varities are good!!! - However, the price is abit in the higher side if you want to be full eating only the fried menu. - Highly recommend cheese sticks - There is an english menu for a local restaurant (which is rare)

They were very gentle and, although there is a language barrier, made their best effort to explain us how to use the hot pots.

What a jewel! I tried the sukiyaki with extra beef based on a previous review. The staff provided instructions: many knew English. It was absolutely wonderful! The vegetables and meat were very fresh and flavorful. What was even more impressive was the friendliness of the staff and the local atmosphere! I will be returning often and highly recommend that you try this resturant!

On our last night in Osaka, we decided to try something local, and it turned out to be the best meal of our trip! The food was outstanding, with the yakiniku as good as dishes from much more expensive restaurants, and the sukiyaki was fantastic. What really stood out was the service. As it was our first time having authentic Japanese sukiyaki, the staff guided us every step of the way, making the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an authentic meal with exceptional service!
